B'ESTFEST 2008 se va desfasura in zilele de 4, 5 si 6 iulie, in aer liber, in cadrul complexului Romexpo.

Artista de origine canadiana a cucerit intreaga lume inca de la debut, cu albumul “Whoa, Nelly!”, impresionand prin usurinta de a aborda diferite genuri, sound-uri, instrumente si stiluri vocale. Primul ei single, “I’m like a Bird”, i-a adus atat aprecierea publicului, cat si primul premiu din cariera: un Grammy in 2002, la categoria Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Doi ani mai tarziu, piesa “Forca”, de pe “Folklore”, cel de-al doilea album al sau, devine imnul oficial al Campionatului European de Fotbal.

In 2006, Nelly incepe colaborarea cu cel mai in voga producator al momentului, Timbaland, si recucereste topurile cu albumul “Loose”. Single-urile “Promiscuous”, “Meaneater”, “All Good Things (Come to an End)” si “Say It Right” devin rapid mega-hit-uri, iar “Loose” se vinde in mai bine de 4 milioane de exemplare! In 2007, Nelly si Justin Timberlake colaboreaza cu Timbaland pe hit-ul acestuia, "Give It to Me", care devine cel de-al treilea single No. 1 al lui Nelly in SUA si cel de-al doilea in UK. In acelasi an, artista castiga premiul MTV pentru "Albumul anului" si lanseaza primul ei DVD, “Loose the Concert”."
